Workshops and Classes
Dear friends,
I'm coming to San Francisco in January, and I can't wait to be back in the city I love so much! I find different parts of my soul in Cornwall and in San Francisco, and each time I return to the Bay I'm reminded of why this place holds my heart. The palm trees swaying in Dolores Park, the datura plants blooming wild and fragrant, the vibrant murals that tell the Mission's stories on every block. I'm thrilled to be coming back and even more thrilled to see you in person.
For some of you, this will be a face to face reunion after many years. For others who've joined me for retreat in Cornwall, it'll be wonderful to gather again. And for those of you I've only met through the screen, I'm so looking forward to finally being in the same room together. I'm hosting a late morning Saturday workshop, and I'd love for you to join me!
Opening to the Year: A January Gathering and Workshop
Saturday, January 17th, 2026, 10:00am to 1:00pm HeartLab, 3095 21st Street, Mission District 3 hours together
This isn't about goal-setting or optimization.
Instead, I'm inviting you into a different kind of beginning. One that honors the liminal space of January, that threshold time when we're neither fully in the old year nor the new. A time for tending rather than forcing. For listening, dreaming and connecting.
What We'll Do Together
We'll begin by arriving. Really arriving. Giving ourselves permission to land in our bodies and open up to where we are truly at.
Then we'll move into deeper reflection through art-making and journaling. What wants to be released from last year? Not what should be released, but what is already falling away if we're honest. And what wants to emerge? Not as goals or achievements, but as questions, qualities, edges we're being called to meet and explore.
We'll share in small groups, allowing the wisdom in the room to circulate. And we'll close with a simple ritual that honors what each of us is carrying forward.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to begin the year from a place of depth. Who wants spaciousness and reflection. Who knows that real change happens slowly, in community, when we stop rushing and start tending.

ONLINE THROUGH THE SCARLET SAGE SCHOOL OF TRADITIONAL HEALING
The Tarot serves as a doorway to both the personal and collective Unconscious.
Through the lens of Jungian psychology, let’s explore Archetypes, Tarot reversals, and the “gold in the Shadow.” Leave the class with a Jungian map of psyche and an understanding of the Shadow, the ego, the personal, and the Collective Unconscious.
See how the Jungian map can deepen your experience of the Tarot. Explore how the Tarot can support you in connecting with deep wells of feeling and insight.
Good for new practitioners, advanced practitioners, and those using Tarot for self-care and self-exploration. Let’s allow the Tarot imagery to inspire us and open us up to the Mystery.
This class includes didactic, experiential, and self-reflective elements. Please bring a Tarot deck, journal, and Tarot image that represents something that is "not you."
